Emotional Coach, Therapist, Bach Flower Practitioner, and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist.

“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.” - Carl Rogers

Many of us go to find a therapist when we feel trapped by situations or relationships that leave us in overwhelm, unable to move through or forward.. or sometimes it can be because of a residual emptiness, or an undeniable sense that we have been “here before”, one too many times.. repeating old patterns, where we are snared or diminished almost by our own hand, and often we feel shame.. there are many types of therapies and offers of transformation. Mostly I personally found to be on the whole disappointing. Because each one of us unique with our own dream and our own shades of light and darkness.. while and when we are vulnerable we are open, many of us find that quite literally unbearable, and it is within that vulnerability, that we so need a helping hand, a perspective, the wise softness of empathy and compassion, and the hope of a new beginning with a taste of victory that is real, present and tangible without empty promise..

What I offer within my work is a shared journey where we discover the how and why we had to forfeit our authenticity purely to survive.. we unveil our true self and re write our childhood interpretations and we emerge.

I use flower remedies to re-align our emotions, after 30 years of working with these I know personally and through working with many patients the real possibility of soul freedom and epiphanic change which  is joyous.. I offer true support and achieve through my work the extraordinary.. this is for me a great privilege to witness and share.

My inspirations..

In loving memory of my father Joseph Phillip Berry, who taught me “everything either suffers or gains by comparison”.
